Mayor Tommy Battle shaking Camden’s hand as he receives his pin… This is Thomas’s second year serving as president of the Huntsville International League.  He is on the right, announcing the players at the ceremonies. So far, in the tournament, they are 2-0.  YAY!!  

They finished the tournament 7-0!!!  What an awesome experience for these guys!  The game ended in the 5th inning with a score 11-4, with Carter last at bat to knock in the last run.   So much fun…memories he will never forget.

Both of my boys were so excited to be playing with the  ALL STAR team.  Carter has been playing in the city coach pitch tournament the week and is now undefeated…5-0.  They play in the championship game tonight!  It’s my understanding that Mayfair Park has never won the city coach pitch tournament so we are […]

And just like that the regular season is over.  The Phillies finished Second in the tournament and 3rd in the season.  Not too bad.  Now…on to the next thing.  Baseball isn’t over yet.
